South County Adult Day Care

South County Adult Day Services, operated by Age Well Senior Services, is a licensed health care facility providing both day care and health care services to frail older adults or persons with disabilities.

Therapeutic and recreational activities together with health care and social services are provided in a safe, homelike setting where participants spend the day and enjoy nutritious meals. Care recipients thoroughly enjoy their time and social opportunities at the Center, and their days away from home provide essential respite to elder spouses, family or others providing primary care.

Our professional and skilled staff is comprised of licensed and/or certified clinicians in the fields of nursing, social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy and activities.

Transportation to and from the Center is available in Laguna Woods and surrounding communities.
